Ya sure that would be awesome thank u, and what would u recommend starting off hanging at like a lb or 2? It's more for future reference just started up the Jp90 and I know its more for.just conditioning but it seems like it wouldn't give to much length gain, more directed to girth but I dont know
What haveu done to get 1.5- 2inch gain in 2 months boa that's insane or is Thatur goal
Low eq jelqs for length and stretches.
For some it does give substantial gains.
You can gain more length then girth during the jp 90 routine with low erection jelqs as boa has said.I'm sorry I didn't realize you just started,my routine would have you rip your penis off.Also I don't hang seen as I gain from manual and I would only start if manauls don't work anymore.Finish your jp 90 I grew length and girth from it in the end.
I can't do the whole Jo90 tho vjelqs don't work for .me so is there anything else I could substitute it with?

Lol, sorry.. That's my goal. I've gained 0.3" from stretching.
During the process (of the two months) I injured myself a lot and took a lot of breaks. Some up to a week.
Actually, I noticed the first 0.2" in about 3-4 weeks and the next 0.1" was about 2 weeks.
I think on average that's about 0.1" in two weeks.
Instead of doing the v-jelqs just add more jelqs.Dude you don't want a injury they just slow you down.
Or since the jp 90 stretching portion of the routine usually takes 12 to 15 mins just try to add in some more time stretching in every direction.So if it takes you 15 mins to finish add a extra 5 to 10 mins.
not am not sure when the gains came, am guessing extremely gradually, I've always has 105% EQ, sometimes it gets so hard it stays like that for hours( when the wifes involved ) if anything i want to lose EQ......so its been hard to make gains
my routine since day one has been a slight variant of the JP90, the variant being I also edge during a jelq session to re-establish my 75-85% erection....edge as soon as it drops to bellow 50%

Yeah tried sock hanging for a week, but it's too uncomfortable and I've got a knack for engineering so am going to make a decent hanger eventually, and this past 2 weeks I've been finishing my jelq routine with a 3 x 5 mins set of clamping ( using a sock ) and edge/balloon at same time
I need a length routine now, I feel am conditioned enough and never had an injury....thinking a trip to the D.I.Y shop might be in order...get some kind of pipe for my pipe
Have you considered more intense stretches or for longer durations? Or more sets?
I've just started doing tunica tugs 3 sets, and thin I read something about a LAS stretch ( haven't read the whole thing yet, but sound harsh)
Am going to up my game then when it comes to stretches, still do an hour day but 75% stretches instead of jelqs ( sometimes do 2 sessions a day :D )
Sounds good. I thought the jp90 stretches to be too minimal for me.
I'm going to be a hard grower so I guess I'm just itchon to find something that will work and give me some sort of results in a decent time so i don't get discouraged and quit again
