Haven't measured my dick in a couple years. Just went and bought a ruler. Knew I was around 6.. Was hoping for like 6.5 nbpel but.. Bpel is 17.5 cm and nbpel is only 15.5. God.. I feel so small. About to order the phallosan and I hope it works. I need to gain 1.5 inches in length.

Idk man.. I had a hard time getting a good measurement. Sometimes it said 15 cm and other times it said 15.5. I know it's average but honestly, I wish I hadn't measured it because I feel absolutely depressed right now. I just ordered the phallosan and it cost me $344. Never thought I'd spend that kind of money for my dick. I just HOPE it really works.
A 7" bpel is well over average .
Nbpel are inaccurate by there nature, but 6" nbpel is also over average.
You spent $350 on a PE tool? WTH man. This is PE, it's free. Make sure your routine is good, read more and stay consistent.
At least you have good measurements and an above average dick length...
Emotionally stressing over a measurement can cause less than optimal readings. Approach your measuring with a calm state of mind, and don't measure too frequently. That way, you can more effectively gauge the changes.
You are about the same size as me BPEL.
I don't know how you can feel this is tiny unless your girth is below 4.5" meg or you are a 6'4+ guy.
