Thread: Squeeze stretch?

I've been doing squeezes for the past month or so and really like them. I'm not sure if I'm gaining or not but will find out on Nov. 1st.
Occasionally I'll do what I'll call a squeeze stretch. It's basically the opposite of a compressor. I start my squeeze then pull my hands apart instead of pushing them together. They fell really good and it really seems to stretch the tunica.
My questions are does anybody else do something similar? Does anybody know of any harm that could be done by doing this?
