wana break the 5inch girth barrier for good
heres my routine
1.stretches
2.100 standard jelqs
3.erect squeezes,ulis
4.100 more jelqs
5.repeat 3
6.clamp for 10 mins
please help
im usually 4.7 inch girth but can range up to 4.9-5 inch girth
but want to break the 5inch barrier
