    wana break the 5inch girth barrier for good

    heres my routine

    1.stretches
    2.100 standard jelqs
    3.erect squeezes,ulis
    4.100 more jelqs
    5.repeat 3
    6.clamp for 10 mins

    please help
    im usually 4.7 inch girth but can range up to 4.9-5 inch girth
    but want to break the 5inch barrier

    Ulis are good but for me compressions are better, uli is basically same as your clamping just with your hand. Try subsitute the uli part with sets of compressions
    Wanna be bigger than big
