It takes me about 45 minutes to do 1000 jelqs - just under 3 seconds per jelq. Some may consider this a little on the fast side, but I really like the pace.
One thing I have realized this month vs. previous jelqing is that I actually get a post-jelqing pump where I never would before. At about 300 jelqs in I see a change in my glans. For the first couple hundred jelqs, when my glans inflate during the stroke the texture gets really bumpy. At about 300 jelqs in, the glans are swollen to the point that the texture is very very smooth and the bumps are no longer visible. I've been realizing that for the jelqs in my routine to be effective, I have to cross this area where things become over-inflated (something that I never really did before).

Do you think I should be looking for something like this during my sessions. I currently do about 200 wet jelqs and then do v jelqs. They both seem to be going well, but I really feel the expansion during the wet jelqs. Today I wondered if I should only do the wet jelqs. If I were to do that, perhaps I might see something like you're describing. What do you think? I am amazed at the girth changes I have noticed so far...and that seem to be continuing. Any recommendations for a newbie?

I wish I could give you good sound advice, but to be honest it's a bit new to me as well (As I said, I had always slacked on my jelqing so these are new observations for me!).
For me personally, I think reaching this point where I get the extra swelling has made a difference in how I view jelqing. Time will tell I guess, all I know is that I am liking what I am seeing and feeling so far. This is one thing I really enjoy with PE, even someone seasoned can revisit even the basics and learn something new. The variation, experimentation and variety is just endless.

Thanks for your honest reply. I'm loving my new jelqing experience and think it will be much more effective for me. I think it really has to do with my improved EQ during jelqing as well as how I am using the OK grip at the base before releasing the top hand. As I squeeze the bottom hand, the movement of blood in the shaft actually pushes the top hand forward and toward the glans. Definitely a cool sensation...and feeling the blood move is like great feedback during each jelq. I'm loving it.

I have done the same thing. Jelqing was such a bother; finding a place where I can do it comfortably, using the lube, washing afterwards, etc. (I've moved 4 times since my JP90 routine) I let it fall to the wayside when something as quick and easy as vac-hanging can be done while I sit at the computer.
Now that I've worked the details all out, I'm loving the results. My morning set gets me out the door with a fat one and my evening set sends me to bed with another fat one. It has been hanging longer and fatter than ever and the grip inside my dome is the best it has ever been.
