I wouldn't step into doing Ulis until your dick is completely conditioned. I am just assuming that from your start date to now you still have a bit more time before your dick is conditioned enough for more advanced exercises. Remember that it isn't always about more equals more gains. A lot of the times, and it has happened to me where it is the opposite. Less is more for the fact of not wanting to overtrain your penis. If you are seeing gains with your current regiment of exercises, then stick with it and don't change it. I'd consider altering your routine when you aren't seeing gains for an extended period of time, and from what I can tell you are making some good gains in the short amount of time. PE is not a sprint, it's a marathon that rewards the ones with the dedication into doing the exercises with these gains. Keep up the good work, Getinbig!

Thanks for an encouraging and useful post. I am really excited about some impressive early newbie gains...and how PE feels. It starts my day off great. I was thinking about trying PF in the midst of my desire to move ahead, but maybe I should wait until I've finished the 90 day program?

A rule of thumb on PEGym; if you have to ask "how do I do (fill in the blank)" on an open forum you're not ready to do the work. You need to do a lot more reading and research because all of the information is here.
You could kegel and hold for 20 seconds or alternate between kegel for 10 and RK for 10 for a couple reps. If that doesn't knock down the erection, consider a couple towel raises using a wash cloth.

Good advice Namso. Thanks! I did find "how to" videos here at the Gym, but you are right. Based on what I've read, as well as Golf1094's post to me, I'll wait a few months at least before adding Uli squeezes. I'll follow your advice and hang with the reverse kegels. I'll just wait a bit longer tomorrow!
