    What can i do to hold erections for longer periods of time? Lately due to being over a month free of porn and getting a solid PE routine down, my EQ is great but holding it is a different story. Are there any certain exercises or tips people could share with me? Thanks alot, yup.

    I believe cardiovascular health plays a large role in EQ, especially endurance.

      Second that. I get up nicely, not 100% but I can only reach PONR like 7-8 times before losing interest and getting sloppy, just how do the porn stars do it is the question.

        You know those penis pills they sell online?.. I took some for a few months, and I was rock solid all day everyday even after having sex maybe 3+ times a day.

          That does sound nice lol, I just want that ability naturally... Like in middle school, back when I used to edge to porn out of pure enjoyment of observation T_T prior to just busting a nut ASAP to feel better before getting back on CoD or killzone lol. And kegeling will make its way on my to-do list indeed.

                    Focus on stamina work. When I don't neglect it, I can stay hard even after ejaculation sometimes. Its amazing.
