I've never done them before, but I would like to know how many repetitions should I start with? (for example 3x30sec) or should I do more?

With the bundles its more about the twist than the reps.
Start with 180 degree twist and proceed with your routine. If it start getting painful it means thats the max you can handle for now.Start(11.24.11) BPEL 6 7/8 EG 4 7/8
