    10x30sec uli's
    10x30sec tunica tugs
    6x60sec straight up stretches
    6x60sec behind the cheeks stretches

    First of all what do you guys think of my routine? I want length badly.
    I would like to add bundled stretches to my routine. Can anyone help me do that?

      Mainly basic stretching. I dont have my log with me right now. I used to do several repetitions of BTC stretches, straight out, left, right, down... basically only ligament stretching.

        So basically you did a light routine. Lighter than JP90. The routine you want to do is too advanced for you in my opinion. Stick with JP90 for a month then you should be more conditioned.


        Also 10x30 uli is too much. Do 10x10s Uli's first or even less. Keep the stretches but monitor your PI's carefully.

          how about 5x30sec uli's as well as 5x30sec tunica tugs.
