  • changing routine

    I previously followed a routine of: two days (of PE) then rest day etc. For the last month or more.
    I am tempted to try this routine: PE, REST DAY, PE, REST DAY etc. Is this new routine too easy compared to the previous routine i had.

    Any advice would be excellent, thanks yup

    Is the previous one not working?
    What kind of routine were you doing?
    What were the exercises you were doing"
    What you have described is rather vague.
    more information would be helpful.

      Each session is always 1 & a half hours long, warm up, girth pe (jelqs, mini jelqs, ulis,erect stretches, horse squeeze and more) stretches, cant remeber the names of them but i do about 4 types, then kegels.
