  • Particular exercises for gaining length only ?

    Hi guys,

    Are there any particular exercises for gaining length only ? I'm pretty satisfied with my girth but would like to add a bit more length to my member.

    Heating pad and start tugging. I do my stretches right inside the heating pad. Standard stretches, twist and pull, grab your guy from behind your ass, and use lay it around your wrist or finger and tug in dfferent directions. Stretch may take along time, so do what feels good.

      But if the stretches lenghten my penis, will that also affect my girth since you only lenghten it and therefore the thickness will decrease ? Or should i just start jelging and not worry that it will get too thick ?

          Length work alone will more than likely decrease girth or vice versa even if your happy with your girth I would still do some low intensity girth work for balance

            Do extensive stretches and a set of jelqs its what I'm doing I'm working to reach 7"

              Length work alone decreases girth.. that's a new one.

                Length work alone does not decrease girth,unless your stretching gum or a candy bar!

                  Length work alone does NOT decrease Girth, but according to the TGC Theory, if the tunica is too large for the smooth muscle then a decrease in EQ is expected.
                  EQ affects both length and girth.

                    Here is a great tip for all who are new to pe.

                    Ask no questions until you have read up on exercises and read articles of the gym. Read something, anything please. These are the basics of PE.
