  • BPFSL question for your veterans..

    I have been PEing now for almost a year. I had good gains at first but hit a plateau where nothing worked. I was at 7.1 BPEL, 7.1 BPFSL, and 5.75 EG, my BPSFL was always the same as my erect BPEL. My question is, I measured tonight for the first time in a while, and my BPFSL was over 7.25. That means I have gained about a quarter inch in stretched flaccid length since the last time I measured in my signature. After I hit my plateau I started re-reading all the threads and changed my grip and pressure. For the last two weeks I have only been using manual exercises wet jelquing, UJ's, Uli's, and VJ's. I also upped my time from 30 minutes to an hour.
    So my erection level is around 80 to 90% when I exercise, and I now use an underhand grip instead of the overhand grip. I can barely get my thumb and index finger to reach all the way around the base of my shaft as I start my jelq. Does this mean that my erection length is soon to follow since my stretched length has grown? I just want to make sure I am on the right path.

    In my experience using an extender (note, not manuals like you) a gain in BPFSL has come along with a gain in BPEL, though not to the same degree. For example, if I gain 0.25" in BPFSL I usually see about 50% or less of that gain translate to BPEL gain...so I might also see 0.125 in BPEL in this scenario. May I ask if you have measured BPEL recently?

    Bottom line, in my opinion you are on the right track
    Just a regular dick on a forum all about guys.

      I just measured this morning because it woke me up at 4:30. Hard as I can be I am still at 7 to 7.1 BPEL.
      Guess I need to start keeping track.

        Many believe that an increase in BPFSL indicates gains in the near future.
        TCG theory states that this means that your smooth muscle is become a limiting factor

        I wouldn't say that I'm completely sold on either theory, but they both have some merit. The only way to tell what it means for you is to just keep working away and see what happens

          Oh I plan to continue, was just curious if I was on the right track. Its the first gain I have seen in a while and I was excited.

            For me, bpfsl increase precedes gains in erect length. I have always observed this pattern. Simarlarly, squeezed erect girth increases precede permanent girth increases. Right now I am stretching to 8.5 bpfsl but if may be 2 years before that is my "easy" erect length.
            Started: 7 x 5
            Current: 8 inches x 6.25 inches (whole shaft)
            Goal 8.5 x 6.5

              An increase in BPFSL is usually a portent of immediate future length gains. Make sure that your EQ stats are high to ensure that you maximize that opportunity.

                      Your wife being out of town has a direct correlation with your EQ?

                          Hi matey,

                          I gained BPFL over a very vigorous 3 month program...about +0.625 inches. Seemingly, I had gained nothing in EL which I found curious. As the others have stated, the EL gain shortly followed in the region of about +0.36". Unfortunately I cannot truly compare my example as this is not BPFSL...it was BPFL.

                          It seems to support what others are saying in this thread. Keep at it (just as I am) and hopefully you will see that EL follow.
                          27/07/13 - BPEL: 6.25" EG: 5.0"
                          14/08/18 - BPEL: 7.1" EG: 5.3"

                            Ok guys this is really interesting. I just got an extender and I hope to make EL gains soon but before I got it my BPSFL was around 6.75" to 7". My BPEL is 6.5". TGC theory is concerned with BPEL or NBPEL? Also when smooth tissue is the limiting factor(FL is .5> EL) then one should switch to more girth oriented workouts? Does this mean one should drop all length exercises? Where could srt theory fit in all of this? Could one make EL gains without being over .5"?
