Since it got colder in chicago I've decided to take hot baths for my warm up.
I think its the best way personally I'm warming up everything down there instead of just a heating pad or warm wash cloth. My question is though I run my hot water as hot as it goes and as hot as I can take Jacuzzi temp if not hotter I enjoy sweating toxins out while warming up my unit. Will too hot work against me in anyway or the hotter the better?
