This seems to be more of a matter of personal preference.
There has been plenty of discussion on whether the standard warmup is actually even effective in raising the temperature of the internal structures. There are many that do fine with no warmup at all.
In the end, a warmup definitely doesn't hurt and probably at least slightly decreases injury risk (which is why it's highly recommended).

I've become somewhat obsessed with maintaining a warmed state, i.e. soaking shaft in cup of warm water in between jelq/squeeze sets and having the rice sock on susp. lig. and exposed shaft while hanging. I don't have any conclusive proof that doing this matters but I did overdue the intensity by a fair bit not too long ago resulting in a level of soreness that I had never come close to experiencing before. The next morning I was fully recovered. I thought for sure I was going to be sore for a couple days. Did the constant warming help? I think so

I do edging as a waarm up and it is awesome. Its like a pump up before a workout. I now finish with ejac. which is also awesome. My entire workout is just awesomeGet Smart

I used to always try using hot water or a shower if I could, but with stealth PE, it was just another hassle.
I have been using as a warm up, and finally it it convenient enough to where I PE much more consistently. So far only positive effects, but I haven't been at it for long.
