Well good luck to OP and other hard gainers (myself included lol). I think the theories behind PE exercises makes sense, I'm just confused why a pliable body part can remain so stubborn to change.

To all the other guys talking about RSD, it IS A SCAM, I'll send everyone that posted about RSD a personal message as well, since i don't want this thread to become a RSD thread, we are in a PE forum anyways.
If anyone else wondering about RSD send me a personal message and ill answer there, don't assume that cuz i didn't gained from PE that my RSD knowledge is screwed, i've studied that RSD bullshit for years.
Anyways, this is my last post about RSD here on in any thread of PEgym, just the idea of people that wasnt even aware of RSD googling it now bothers me cuz they may fall for their tricks...trust me RSD is a pretty decently hidden scam, any further information/debate will be done on personal messages.

i would agree that daily clamping is overtraining for sure.(for me it is anyway)
