So I finished my 90 day conditioning period of my jelq/stretch routine(20min of stretching and 30min of jelqing).
Yesterday I introduced 2x5 min rounds with the Bathmate after 20min of jelqing and I'm planning on sticking with that routine. I will be adding 5min of jelqing every month as well as ULIs to see what results I come up with. I am on a 6 on, 1 off schedule.
I will do no more manual stretching for here on out. If I do not see any length gains from this Jelq/Bathmate routine, I will start using my size genetics extender 4 hours before I go to bed.
Please share your advice or progress on the jelq/bathmate combination.
I assume ULIs after the bathmate would be best.
I'd appreciate your thoughts on that approach as well.

I would sub 1 hour (3x20min) of hanging for the 4 hours of extender but that's basically all you'll ever hear out of me.....hang, hang, hang

Its more dangerous though! How much have you gained through hanging?
I have thought about hanging, but you cant conceal it like the extender.

Any PE can be dangerous. If you go hanging 10lbs from your unit to start with then yes that's dangerous. Usually one starts off light, around 2-3lbs (about the same as an extender cranked up) and gradually moves up from there. Hanging can really target the suspensory ligament which many agree will offer gains quickly. Hanging between the cheeks really stretches that ligament out. I have been hanging less than 3 months and I am coming up on 1/2". The thing that impressed me the most about it is that I really don't have much time invested in it. I usually total about 3 hours a week over the last month along with other exercises. Before that there was about 3 weeks were I did not hang and the first month was about 5 hours a week. What brand of hanging device do you use?
What other exercises do you use?Just curious

This is my home made version post 266 on https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...outine-27.html there are other good ones too. I am happy with mine and use it up to 13lbs. If I was going to buy I would probably get the LG vacuum hanger. Probably best to get your feet wet with a homemade version like mine or the captains wench first to see if this is what you want to pursue. The above thread is full of information too.

Are you sure you're not substituting quantity over quantity? The routine you mentioned is quite voluminous. Did you consistently do those times in each session, or did you work up to those figures? Did you also count reps?Want a FREE month of coaching for your training? PM or email me for details!

now that you mention it that is quite an intensive routine. Especially the 6 days in a row.

I started wth 10min of jelqing and added 5min each week. After a month I introduced 10min of stretching and added 5min each week until stopping at 30min of Jelqing and 20 min of stretching. Then I took 2 weeks off, and started at 20min each adding 5 min each week to jelqing on a 5 on 2 off schedule. I think this was a very wise approach for my second attempt at PE, after mildly injuring myself with the Bathmate on my first attempt.
