  • I'm looking to gain length, but not girth.. Any tips?

    I'm new to this (this is my first week), so I'm trying to learn and take it slow. Just started the JP90 routine.

    I am lacking length and looking to improve in that area, however I already have quite good girth. My wife really wouldn't be looking to take much more girth, but length would be appreciated. Is it possible to focus more on just the length?

    Is just the type of thing where there's no way to know and I'll just have to keep tabs on it as I go?

    Any tips/advice would be much appreciated.
    Nov. 2013 (re-starting May 2016):

    4.25 BPFSL
    3.8 NBPEL
    4.25 BPEL

    6.15 MSEG
    (At least I'm not small in every way!)

    Goal:
    As long, strong, and healthy as possible!

    read tgc theory and make yourself more learned about your dick and your potential...anyway after u get conditionated u can start hanging+wrapping is the quikiest and chepest way to improve lenght specially if done with manual exercise, but if i were in u i would not cut off jelq, it is good for your healty...GOOD GIRTH MAN!!!

          Since your doing the jp 90,for length jelq at low erection quality.Then when your done with your 90 days ad in some more stretching.
          Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
          NOW 7.5 bpel 6.5 nbpel 5.6 meg
          Goal 8.5 bpel 7.0 nbpel 6.0 meg maybe

            These all look like good suggestions to me

            If I were you though, I'd still complete the JP90 regardless of what you decide to do.
            You may find that it's hard to add length without at least a little girth finding it's way in.

              Look at the Hanging 101 section. It talks about length vers girth. While it says to finish the beginners workout first, there are plenty of folks that have been hanging for a long time that say you can start hanging right away. I just started PE a few weeks ago and I'm hanging already. Look up the captain wrench to build your own. If you're that thick already I would go light (grip wise) with jelqs and really look into hanging and All Day Stretching device. Ask lots of questions.

                  I would recommend manual stretching. And once you stop seeing gains start hanging.

                    No guarantees you will avoid girth on any of the exercises mentioned above. Jelquing can produce both length and girth. If I were you I would do manual stretches, hanging ,ads or extending and see what happens.

                      Yes- even "pure" length exercises can contribute incidentally to girth.
