This is the step by step guide I could find:
1- Stretch your dick straight up
2-In one complete motion, move the stretch to the left; then to the right; and then back up again- making a complete circle. the 360 degree stretch should last approximately ten to fifteen seconds.
Now my question is: if I'm doing, say 10 reps, should I keep the stretch for the whole ten reps or should I let go in between?
And I have the same question for the pendulum stretch.
And my other question would be:
Now that I have moved to more advanced stretches is it necessary or even beneficial in any way to keep doing the basic stretches as well?

For the Circle Stretches, hold each Stretch during and inbetween all reps. Same goes for the Pendulum Stretches.
Doing or not doing Circle Stretches along with more advanced Stretches is up to you. If you have time, do both.
IF you started PE in October, I would veer away from Advanced Activity for a while longer. Injuries do nothing but set you back, which slows gains.

Thanks for clearing things up for me Jay.
I do focus more on the beginner stuff. But since I've been doing this for a little over a month, I thought I'd experiment with mildly advanced moves to see how my body reacts. I'm not intending on getting myself injured

I would let go or at least loosen the grip to get some blood flowing after a minute or so. I also do helicopter swings to get blood flowing after and between stretches.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"

In my experience getting the blood flow going in between stretches is VITAL for gains to occur. I started out with several months of no gains, that is until I started stretching with a weak semi. Then shit got real. That, and doing internal stretches.Stats:

I do switch hands whenever one gets tired, but I've never really thought about stretches in terms of blood flow as opposed to jelqing. I don't want to advance too soon. I want to keep room for increased intensity. I do a weekly measurement to keep track of what works. My next measurement is due tomorrow. I've been getting mostly positive PIs so far. I guess tomorrow I will find out for sure whether it's been working for me.
