  • Bundled stretches successes?

    Has anyone had good results with bundled stretches and/or were not seeing results until adding in bundled stretches?
    start: aug 1 2013
    bpel: 6.9..7.1..7.2..8.5
    Nbpel: 6..6.2..6.4..8
    Mseg: 5..5..6.5
    Flaccid: 4..4.

    I started doing bundles about 1 month ago, haven't really seen a difference in my gains yet exept a minor injury which I've just recovered from. Not sure it was from the bundles or what not but nothing a bit of recovery time couldn't sort

        I do them in my length routine but I am thinking about dropping them because I think they are mainly for girth.
        Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
        NOW 7.5 bpel 6.5 nbpel 5.6 meg
        Goal 8.5 bpel 7.0 nbpel 6.0 meg maybe

          Bundled stretches and variations are GREAT in my opinion. While stretching and even "standalone" as just twisting,,,,,it's like contorting a rag,,,,,,it just ends up making your wee wee explode with size! I think bombarding your shaft with things like jelqing within the same workout does wonders too. I'm always BLASTING my rod with new and exhuberant exercises. :-) Of course you GOTTA be conditioned otherwise you will break your weiner! :-)

              If you don't mind what kind of injury? Where and when did you feel it?

              I started adding bundled stretches in a couple weeks ago. Very lightly for only 10 second holds at a time for only 1 rep each way. I then added a rep each week. Started feeling a slight pain on the right side a little below the head. I would feel it on heli shakes and if I would jelq with a lil too much pressure. I'm not sure it was from the bundled or from grabing to hard on normal stretches.
