Advanced lenght exercises - Please help with the routine
Could someone help me make some more advanced lenght routine.
What ive been doing for many years on and off is jelq for 15min and then stretching for another 15 min approx. Up, down, left, right, front for 30 sec and repeat 3 times.
Now i use the Bathmate too.
I tried hanging but it ended up really bad. The idea sounds perfect but i just wasnt able to execute it well. I have a home made "sock hanger". I made it really well but the grip really bothers me. If i dont wrap the sock on my penis too tight its gonna slip. However, when i do wrap it tightly after like 5-6 mins or sometime even less i have to remove it because it stops the blood circulation. First time i used it, i didnt even notice it stopped the blood flow until i removed the sock 15 min after. I was scared, the top of my penis was really dark and cold. I had to massage my dick for like 10 min to bring him back to life.
Need some advanced lenght routines please! I think doing stretching for only 15 min as a veteran is really weak?
