Thread: Quick or hold reverse kegels?

Hey,
So I am going to be adding reverse kegels to my PE and I have seen a lot of people saying they should be held and others saying they should be done quickly and repeatedly, so how do you guys do yours? Or how would you recommend I done mine? Cheers
