Ok so how much PE do you do in a day?
I don't have time to do an hours worth of PE on most day, so I PE through out the day. I try to do at least 20 mins of PE in the morning (warm up, helis, stretch al directions, wet jelq, v-jelq). Throught out the day I'll do 5 mins sets of stretching (bathroom breaks) and some dry jelqs. At night I try to do about 10mins of hanging at about 2-3 pounds and about 7-10 mins of jelqs then wrap. This is one a 2 on 1 off time frame.
I started do this because of my regular workout routine. When you work out hard for an hour you get a real good pump but it goes down in about an hour. So when I hit the gym I'll workout hard and intense for 30-45 mins and then do push-up through out the day and then hit the gym again later in the day hard again for about 30-45 mins. I like to keep the muscles pumped all day and wanted to see if the same would work for PE. I just started this this week and with the holidays it's been kinda hit or miss but will get back hard core next week.

I think its important that you don't feel stressed trying to stuff all your PE in to one session. This may start to leave a bad taste resulting in lost interest. I have heard many say splitting it up is perfectly fine.

If you are newnto PE hanging is to advanced for you! This can cause injury. I know you dont wanna hear it but study about routines andnexcersize and science behindPE and you can construct a routine that will be tailored for your needs

your dick will let you know if you are overtraining...but since your routine is pretty non intense,priming it throughout the day seems ok in my opinion.

I'll probably get some shit for this but in my opinion hanging a couple pounds isn't a bad thing for a beginner. One can easily apply 8-10lbs while stretching. Actually, now that I think about it, starting out hanging at low weights then sensibly progressing may offer better control over conditioning

Op, don't do push ups all day, its not doing anything but pumping you up. Its also preventing proper rest.
Also, your dick and your biceps don't grow the same way.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
