  • Lasting too long

    Firstly, I wasn't sure where exactly to put this thread but this forum section seemed most fitting.

    I've had sex probably around 15 times in total, none of which i was able to finish from sex itself. I've always hated this, it almost feels like it doesn't work or I make the girl feel like she's not good enough for me to finish. I've gone about an hour long and still haven't been able to finish, but kept a hard the entire time which I don't really get.

    Anyways, I'm guessing this has something to do with how much i master bait, which is 1-2 times a day for as long as i can remember. By no means do I beat up on my dick, but I feel that what I'm used to and gets me to come from master baiting is a completely different feeling than sex itself. Sort of like switching from left to right hand, it just doesn't feel natural so takes longer or doesn't work at all.

    What are some possible things I can work on to make this improve? I can only think one which is to stop master baiting as much, or even go cold turkey for a month or so.

    You hit the nail on the head.

    You are desensitizing yourself from masturbating so frequently.

    If you want to be able to climax with your partner, you have to discipline yourself and cut back drastically on masturbation, and if you're watching porn, I would highly suggest cutting WAY back on that as well.

    My guess is that changing those things should solve the problem within a few weeks time.

        I've stopped watching porn for about a month or so now, that's something that has always been a reoccuring problem for as long as i can remember.

        I will try to cut back on the masturbating but I become a complete hornball if I don't for a few days so I might have to do that in gradual steps.

          You can do it in steps, but I would really make it a discipline not to masturbate at least a day or two before you are going to have sex. Build back as much sensitivity as you can.

          And the extra horniness as you described, will only ADD to the quality of the sex between you and your partner. She will feel that extra energy and desire coming from you, which will in turn be more exciting for her.

            If you're not currently sexually active, you can do "reverse" edging- where you use as light a grip and ejaculate as quickly as possible. Do this up to 3 times a week, and take note of how sensitive you become and how quickly you ejaculate. It shouldn't take more than a few sessions to reset your sensory threshold.

              Stop jacking off


              Consider the valleys and cliffs of chemical imbalances. You might become a horndog if you don't, it would be weird if you didn't. Discipline yourself and get into control of the tension. TAME it.

                I guess a lot of it all has to do with self control, when it comes to porn/masturbating.

                I have sex a few times a week, so I'm not sure how the reverse edging would work. Although it's something that I'll definitely look into.

                  In that case, cut out ALL masturbation (and porn, of course), and leave sexual contact as your only recourse for ejaculation. it shouldn't take too long for things to adjust themselves, but discipline in sticking to this plan will be vital.

                      I edge 4 days of the week a hour at a time I save all of my ejaculation for my woman. Big al is also right u have to have to use a light grip, like for example make a light grip then start stroking and go as light as u can go. also cut the porn out get hard from ur imagination or videos/pics of ur girl save the porn for like once a month or something until ur totally off it.

                        Hey pizard, great post! I think you're right on about how we should get hard...definitely not from porn. That only pushes us toward Premature Ejaculation and ED. I totally agree you should save all of your ejaculate for your woman! Obviously if someone is not sexually active, Big Al would tell us to ejaculate 1-2 times a week, but for someone like me, that is all for my lovely bride.
                        We should continue to encourage our brothers in the Forums to go for improved EQ and penile health by cutting out the porn like you've suggested. Good advice! Thanks for being willing to post that.

                            Exact symptoms of DE (Delayed Ejaculation), seems to be becoming much more common in generations with porn and lots of jerking off.

                            A quick search of the site can find the best threads though most of the info has been said;

                            -Cut down/out jerking off
                            -No porn
                            -If touching down there, use a light grip. Death grip is where you squeeze a little bit when jerking off, slowly you need the squeeze just to feel much.

                            Added in with a good EQ boosting routine (kegels and reverse kegels, light jelqing, reverse edging etc etc), you'll be grand in no time.

                            I had the same, only finished on my 5th or so time in bed, and the times after than were erratic in if I could finish or not. Cutting out porn helped, losing the death grip definitely helped. And being very relaxed was what kicked it away for good for me- I'd worry and get tense if things went over 20 minutes and wasn't looking like I'd finish any time soon.

                              Great posts!

                              It should be noted that there's going to be a period of adjustment if you've been conditioning yourself to porn and are quitting. Training might seem "empty" and difficult at first, but it's important that you stick this out and allow yourself to readjust to not having that outside stimulus. Once you are able to get back into using your powers of visualization, you'll start performing much better
