    Hello everyone, my goals are to gain 1 1/2 inches in length and 1 whole inch in girth. Should I try to gain both right now, is that even possible? I haven't gained any girth, just length. I kind of want to gain atleast .25 inches in girth before I reach my length goal, because I don't want to wait forever to reach my length goal while still having a small girth size. I don't know, what do you guys think? Can I gain both at the same time?

    There is a "Length first then girth" theory.

    Do some reading and make your own decision.

    I support the theory and am gaining all of my length before I start girth work. There is enough evidence supporting it and not enough against it.

    But keep in mind, its all theory. Even if its right, there are anomalies to every theory.

    Yes, what Danster said above, there is a theory that one should do length before girth. It is just that, a theory. There are many (very knowledgeable and senior) people who don't buy into this at all and work on both at the same time or alternate back and forth.     There is also the TGC Theory which attempts to use certain measures to tell you what your limiting factor is in gaining, and thus what you need to do PE-wise. At the end of the day, nobody really knows for sure and from what I've read it seems to work differently for different people. I say, if you want to work girth then work girth - try a balanced routine. Big Al routinely advises balanced routines and I feel safe in saying he knows what he's talking about

    I go with the gains. If I am gaining length then I ride it out until I plateau. Then I switch to girth and do the same. This has worked well for me

    I've been gaining length, so I focus 2 days out of the week on stretching exercises only and then one day out of the week to jelq and other girth exercises. Do you think this is a good idea?

    Some day, maybe soon, maybe even now people like Big Al will have accumulated enough data to truly take the guess work out of all this. Aside from that our only hope is that the medical community will eventually take PE seriously enough to apply their resources.

    You can gain both at the same time, but my observations over the past 10 years of practicing p.e. is that you just naturally gain either in
    length or girth, but not both. There are exceptions to this rule and I was fortunate enough to be one of them.

    I did not attempt to isolate my exercises, but rather took the shotgun approach, hitting my cock with every jelq, stretch, clamp, and edging routine that I could muster.

    You CAN gain both at the same time but if you focous on one you will gain more in that area then if you target both at the sane time
