    BPEL and NBPEL

    is it possible for PE to make your junk smaller?

    I am unsure if I am gaining reasons as follows"

    My NBPEL has gotten smaller but my BPEL has gotten bigger

    I remember prior to starting PE I was 7" BPEL and way less NBPEL

    Now I am 7.5" BPEL but my NBPEL is smaller than it was before

    a couple questions

    am I gaining? and is it possible to make your BPEL your NBPEL?

    will losing weight affect my BPEL and NBPEL?

    I started doing a PE routine this is my first month I was waiting until the end of the month to measure, but the suspense was killing me

    If I am gaining how do I solidify those gains and make them permanent?

    not just that but what type of routine should I follow next month?

    my routine is like this 5 on 2 off of as follows

    I rigged up a hanger tied a 2 and a half pound weight around a shoe lace and made a loop knot to hang off my schlong I do that for around 3 to 5 minutes for 3 sets

    after each set I did the bunched up stretch that I learned on here twisting in one direction three times then the opposite direction the same amount of times

    afterwards I stretch around in circles 10 times for three sets going to the left downward and to the right downward

    then just standard stretching for three sets

    then repeat from hanging 3 times over and over

    what kind of routine should I do next month guys I am open to suggestions!!!

    If you gain weight your NBPEL will shrink.

    And yes... 7" to 7.5" BPEL is a gain. NBPEL is affected by a fat pad, so it will change from time to time, that's why you use BPEL to measure gains. If someone measure gains by NBEPL they can get the wrong impression, because what if a guy gained 0.5" in size and lost 1" fat pad, that would be a 1.5" NBPEL gain, but only a 0.5" BPEL gain.

    anyone got any suggestions on what kind of routine I should do next month?

    so since I have gained weight I am having to push into the pubis fat mons area fat pad more than before I am wondering if that's the case since I have gained weight anyone know that either

    I am assuming I am correct in the above statement or paragraph whatever cause I have gained weight the fat pad is thicker meaning I have to press deeper into it to reach the pubic bone right?

    main thing is since I am gaining how do I solidify make these gains permanent and do I switch up routines up every month or should I keep the same routine for the first three months of PE?

    No, PE can not make your junk smaller unless your EQ is bad, which depends on everything you do...

    It is not possible to make your BPEL your NBPEL, there BPEL will be at least .1-.3 bigger than NBPEL.

    Yes, losing/gaining weight will affect your fat pad but there is a limit.. Have you gained a lot of weight?

    If you are gaining, you keep doing your routine to cement the gains...It's called cementing because you're solidifying it. YOu will usually cement older gains as you keep gaining, but if you no longer wish to gain then you can do a little maintenance routine for a few months to solidify it..

    You stick to a routine for as long as you see gains, after you go on for a month or two with no gains, you add/edit stretches/duration/angle or you pick another method.

    Per set is supposed to be about 20 minutes long, 3-5 minutes per set may only make your shaft tougher and harder to deform or in other words gain...

    If you are just a month into PE then you should stick to a light condiitoning routine like JP90 or if you wanna go towards the hanging direction, then you should get a good hanger that grasps the internals and start hanging light weights like 2-3 pounds..

    Circle stretches are good.You can also do them before hanging so the ligaments are loosen.

    20 mins of hanging or stretching?

    I was kinda skeptical at first but I am becoming a believer!!!

    It's kinda hard to stretch my dick for any longer than 3 to 5 minutes because of the fact that I am stretching on the glands with my hands and it slips out every once in awhile so is it alright if it slips out of my hand after 3 to 5 minutes and just pick up on the minute it slipped out of my hand or do I have to start over everytime it slips through my fingers?

    keep in mind the suspensory ligament is dead center of your pubic bone and can skew your BPEL measurements. I measure to the side of it to get the true BPEL. About 3/16" difference for me

    ...I thought you were legit hanging? If you are using hands to stretch then even 1.5 minutes is fine...20 minutes of hanging is what I'm talking about..

    Stick with the BP measurement as a check for actual gains. NBP is good for assessing immediate "visible" length or gains in relation to bodyfat levels.

    what's going on

    My top view or POV perspective has changed it seems a bit larger
    my bottom view seems way larger
    But the views from the sides are way way way way way way way way way way way smaller than they were before

    idk what's going on

    what's confusing me more than anything is
    I believe that my side views were larger before starting PE....

    and now they have shrank by almost two quarters

    Mind you I believe this I don't know this for a fact I have lost those pictures of the side view from before starting PE, but I know that I believe the side view is smaller now than before starting PE but don't know for a fact because I don't have my pictures from before to compare to

    of course this would be a lot easier if I had pictures to do a side by side comparison to and or with

    Now the explanation could be as simple as saying your side view was bigger before and it is smaller now for the mere fact that I have gained weight

    it could also be explained because I was farther away from my camera in these pictures

    it could even be further explained because of cold weather and so on and so fourth I'm looking forward to the feedback I hear and will be looking for ways to increase my penis size from every angle/side
