I was wondering if there were any exercises that specifically worked toward enlarging the glans. I am happy with the size of my shaft but the head is considerably smaller, and wonder if anyone has any suggestions on exercises or whatnot. I would appreciate any help on the subject!

While this is my first post, I've been doing PE since June/July, so I believe I'm ready for the next level in exercises. But I've noticed one problem: so far I've tried multiple exercises for increasing girth and length, but my glans seems to not have grown at all, falling behind in the growth department. It also does not help that it was small to begin with, so I hope you understand the want for a solution to this problem. I'll put the mini jelq and horse squeeze into consideration, but I'm open to any other suggestions.Began

The one thing I've found that will enlarge the glans is squeezes .
However , you should be conditioned before doing them .
The hands can generate a lot of pressure .
It's something you want to monitor if you do them .
Get to know how the blood is flowing inside your dick .
You should be able to see the glans fill up .
I use a flaccid squeeze myself .

Just do take it easy on your unit .

when u mini jelq u have to feel your blood caming in your glans
it isn t only a mechanical movement
u first wrap the blood in your unit with a squeezing hand
than u jelq to the head the blood with other hand
u will see the head turning red, and full engorged
than u can start to squeeze ,30 sec and 10 sec pause how many rep u can do
