Im practicing about 3-4 times a week
my own routine mix of everything
I saw gains in the first 1.5-2.5 month's
but suddenly I lost some training because my army serv and continue at the weekends and I saw that I lost some gains damm
Is it happend to someone else?

you lost the gains because they came on fast and you stopped the consistent routine that was making you gain so the gains were not cemented overtime and i believe the military industrial complexes lack of universal preferable morals and ethics and the willingness to invade countries that have no economic interest in us makes your penis shrink overtime.

Omrykuu - You made some newbie gains, which can come on quickly, but can also fade quickly if you don't stay consistent. No worries, when you are able to get back into a regular routine, they will more than likely come back quicker than the first time.

Nothing in life is what you can consider 100% permanent. Same about gains from PE. Some of it will be permanent and some of it won't. It's just like benchpress, if you lifted weights for a year, and you could bench 100kg's or 220lbs in your prime (1 lift, max strength)and then you take a year break from lifting weights.. There is noway you will be able to lift as much as you could before. At this point you have probably dropped a solid 10kg or 22lbs as far as your max strength goes, maybe even more. A way to keep up your gains so you atleast don't lose is probably edging which is easy and doable with your gf during sex if you are interested, or PE atleast once or twice a week. Forgot to add something... Well it's true what working_4_it is saying, just like bench press, it wouldn't take you long or a lot of training to get back to where you were.
