I try to only masturbate once a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less it just depends. Lately though it seems as though I am having to cut my stretching sessions short because I'm to do damn horny and end up rubbing one out. I have noticed the same thing as Mr. Toadstool though, the longer I go without the better flaccid hang, less turtling, and increased libido.

With Edging you are attempting to train your penis/brain for any or all of the following- maintain a higher erection level, last longer, have better control over your orgasm, pack your member with blood (nutrients) after a PE session. Masturbation is not bad but it can have negative effects especially if in excess. masturbation only gives one opportunity to reap the above benefits were Edging lets you achieve that maximum erection and approach orgasm 3 or so times to condition. Once you have been doing the PE thing for a while it will become more clear

I masterbate on average once a day.
Sometimes twice a day, Sometimes not at all, depends on what I had to do that day.
I PE before I masterbate, so it doesnt really effect my PE I guess. Though I wouldnt know unless I stopped
