I' recently started having sex again after a 3 year dry spell o.O . During this time I developed a nasty habit out of porn and masturbation. This has killed my EQ completely during sex. For a month or so I'll be taking Cialis as a temporary fix, while abstaining from porn and masturbation. This is what else i'm doing to get my EQ up as quickly as possible. Without Cialis my EQ is about a 4 during sex. Even with Cialis its not a 10.
1. Zinc / Multi Vitamin (30mg). Can't hurt, and I could be Zinc deficient from jerking it all these years.
2. Kegels and Reverse Kegels.
3. Pelvic Floor stretches.
4. Not skipping leg day at the gym.
5. Drinking almost a gallon of water a day. I already do this.
6. Decreasing caffeine intake. Less coffee, no soda, no candy.
7. Beginners routine of warm up, stretches, jelqs, V jelqs, cool down. 2 days on 1 day off.
8. No porn period. Even if I'm jelqing with a softie I can't get visual help. I don't even know if fantasy is a good idea.

Somebody mentioned erect kegelling causing issues back there...is that a known thing? I kegel a lot while i pe gym...Length: Don't care

Erect kegels are regarded as a little more advanced then flaccid. If you are conditioned and include reverse kegels in your workout there should be no problem
