Your Penis Doctor, anyone try this?

I am thinking about hiring the Your Penis Doctor service (it is listed in the products page, so i think it is ok to mention it?). Has anybody tried it, it has good reviews (on the site). I also see Big Al recommends it. anything else is appreciated.

i did a serch but there isn't much about it.

I also see mecoach is another good one, is there a difference between these to coaching services (different styles of training etc..?)

I think of it like a personal trainer for fitness; If you have the motivation to gain knowledge yourself, you don't need them. However if you are doing it for the sake of convenience and being guided, then a trainer is your best friend.

And honestly if Big Al recommended it, it's probably a good idea.
