1) Stretches:
What exactly does this mean:
"Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull."
I have a feeling I might be doing this wrong. Is it done in a way that my 'head' makes circles in a vertical plane lying 45 deg. from the plane of my body?
2) Vjelqs:
How important are they in JP90s routine? What purpose do they exactly serve? Are wet jelqs sufficient?
