ok, so i'm back doing some PE and i have to start ALL over again (i've been very busy) and i lost part of my gains unfortunately.
First off, i'm re-starting my jp90 day routine and maybe extend the time of it so i can get well conditioned and further on start with some heavy workout routines.
Question is pretty simple, in order to correctly do Stretches should i do them with my foreskin pulled back and gripping directly under the head or Over the head? or it doesn't even matter how i'm doing them as long as i am stretching my penis? All advices are appreciated.
