  • Increase head girth

    Whats a good exercise just for head girth. If there is one

    Also lol this may sound funny but my balls are kinda high and get in the way of a few exercises how can i make them sag just a bit?

    ULIs but they are advanced, and not recommended before 4-6 months of PE.

      I honestly don't know for sure, but I would think any exercised designed to hold blood under pressure would work.

      Jelq and hold a firm grip just behind the glands.

      Or clamping. I suggest consult one of our resident experts on clamping.

      Just don't hold so long your glands goes cold or so tight you strangle the poor thing to death. Just a good firm pressure to expand a little beyond normal.

      That would be my thoughts.

          Ive been doing them already. My shaft has increased but not the head. Will it only show when hard or should it be showing up flaccid as well

            Unless you are naturally a show-er, it will likely not be as obvious when you are flaccid.

              A more intense version of it, is to slowly move your grip up like every 5 or 10 seconds like jelqing, but don't over do it, and notice its a girth exercise as well but targeted more at the glans.

              If you are going to introduce that to your routine, I suggest you do so gradually.

                Thanks both of you guys. Good info.. One last thing my balls are way up by my penis most of the time and interfere with how low i can grab and during rotational stretches. The can get pushed up like under the fat pad (Embarrassing lol) how can i make them hang a bit lower to get them out of the way

                    Also should i be fully erect when doing a uli. I usually just force alot of blood in there but i should be hard before i start?

                      To be honest, I actually do my best to make them move up and out of my way. Mine do the same thing. My scrotum doesn't hang very low either even when relaxed. It isn't uncomfortable and it's empty space. I figure might as well use it to my advantage.

                      I grab deep with my OK hold into my crotch area. They just seem to spread to the sides and up naturally. It works for me.
