So as I just completed the first couple weeks of the JP90, I have a few questions on technique. After finishing around ten or so workouts and snooping around the forums a bit I have a few questions in regards to getting the most out of my workouts.
Is it better to jelq sitting or standing? What about when stretching?
What is the best duration for jelqs?
Is it better to edge for a warm down or reapply heat?
Any other finite details that often go unspoken to get the most out of PE are also welcome.
