  • Follow Up to New PE beginnings

So as I just completed the first couple weeks of the JP90, I have a few questions on technique. I recently just restarted PE after taking around an 8 month break after doing it consistently since June 2011, all of the details on why and all that can by found here https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...inning-pe.html

After finishing around ten or so workouts and snooping around the forums a bit I have a few questions in regards to getting the most out of my workouts.

Is it better to jelq sitting or standing? What about when stretching?
What is the best duration for jelqs?
Is it better to edge for a warm down or reapply heat?

Any other finite details that often go unspoken to get the most out of PE are also welcome.
Short Term Goal: 7 in. x 5.25-5.5 in.
Long Term Goal: 7-8 in. x 6-6.5 in.
    When Will I Stop?: TBA

-I feel I have a better handle on jelqs and stretches while standing but my EQ is usually better while sitting.
-different theories on duration/intensity. I follow the increasing intensity approach. If you are going to PE for 6 weeks then take a break, start low and ramp up over the course of the 6 weeks. Easier said than done
-I edge then warm down with heat
