    Hi1 I am new to the forum and I have been using a traction device about 4 months. I had some great gains initially but they have slowed. At the start I was 3 inches flaccid and 5.5 erect. 4 inches circumference. In 4 months I went to 4 inches flaccid, 6.25 inches erect and 5 inches circumference. I have tried doing 5 days on and weekends off but gains have slowed. Anyone have any suggestions? Recently took 2 weeks off and are starting the 5 on 2 off again.

    Generally speaking gains may slow down after a while, thats normal, and expected.

    I wouldn't change anything unless they stop coming.

    But as I have no experience with extenders, I'll leave it to the experts to advise you properly.

    I use pro extender. It was cheap but not the best. Bands tend to slip and loosen after a while. Requires a lot of adjustment at times. I attribute gains to adding new spacers every 2 weeks and also to the fact I weight train a lot and take protein supplements and a blood oxygenator that helps promote muscle growth.

    The weight lifting and the supplements have contributed absolutely nothing to your gains, they were from stretching your dick. That being said I agree that your gains are great and slowing down is normal. that will happen to every single person that makes gains in the beginning.

    The decision that you have is will I spend the time to now do the real work and be patient. I gained almost an inch in 3 months and then have taken damn near 3 years to get the last 1/2 of an inch. It is still worth it to me plus I just enjoy doing it.

    Gains will always slow. If you look at it realistically, if you gained 0.7 inches every 4 months, you'd have a 10 inch penis within about 18 months!?
