    Based on the first few pages. There are some very negative and defeatist comments which are not great to hear when you have commitment to spend a lot of time on something. E.g. such as suggesting some people may never gain - when your just starting out in PE is not good to hear

    Note that there are a lot of positive follow ups that bolster a better view on PE.

    There are going to be those that say that this or that doesn't work or shouldn't be done, etc.- despite any evidence to the contrary. This is especially the case when it comes to matters of personal self-improvement. When one is limited by fear and doubt, they often try to bring others down to their level. It's the old "Crabs in a bucket" mindset at work- also known as "sour grapes".

    Given the nature of this forum, it's surprising that we don't get more of this type of behavior than we do. If you truly want to see that mentality at work, check out any motivational article or video that allows comments. You'll almost always see someone making negative or even hateful comments of some kind to try to take away from the positive impact of the posted item.
