I have been edging for a week or two now. I'm not getting much out of it, because I know it takes time, but I think today I figured out a key issue: my backside clenches heaps when masturbating. I noticed when I'm moving towards the PONR, my backside isn't necessarily strongly clenched, but my cheeks are pushing in. When I would separate one from the other with my hand, I felt myself move away from the PONR. Maybe it's because I was focusing less on masturbating, but there is definitely a connection.
I accidentally went a bit far and ended up ejaculating and, while separating my left cheek from my right I noticed just how much my backside clenched.
Does anyone have any tips for addressing this? That is, how can I relieve some of the tension in my backside when masturbating? How can I stop it from clenching when masturbating? How can I perhaps acquaint myself with the feeling, or at least prevent it from rushing me towards the PONR?
