  • critique my routine

    since I am only concerned with length at the moment I took some of the length gaining exercises out of some of the newby routines and came up with a light routine

    warm up via rice sock for 4 to 5 minutes
    circle stretches 10 times in both directions to the left and to the right three times
    stretch in every direction for one minute for three times in each direction accept in the direction of my curvature
    cool down 4 to 5 minutes via rice sock
    then end with circle stretches 10 times in both directions to the left and to the right


    this is all I am doing for my routine

    wanna know ya'lls opinions for it as well to know if I am stretching enough basically I stretch for a minute in every direction but a one minute repetition for three reps so I stretch for a minute then go for another minute in every direction accept my curve I do it for one minute in that direction and that is all

    I'm basically concerned if I am not stretching long enough basically I stretch for one minute for one rep and do three reps for a total of three minutes in each direction accept my curve

    should I stretch more?

    You may want to increase the warm up time by a few minutes.

    Also don't omit girth work entirely, just reduce it, the TGC Theory would be a good guide alongside with PIs.

    Break down the duration of stretching reps to 30 seconds, if you want/can you may do more reps.

        I think its a bit too much, unless your PIs say otherwise of course.

          mainly neutral PIs only negative is turtling and it don't last all day usually my flaccid state hangs a bit lower than it usually does through the majority of the day the only time I notice anything out of the ordinary is the slight turtling that happens right after a routine that lasts up to 5 to 45 minutes

          but I am in a cold room trying to do PE in private so my flaccid state tends to hang lower when I am in a room with a higher temp and takes very little time to return to normal or hang lower than usual

            Good, but I'd aim for positive PIs, as they pave the road for gains!

              so in order to get the positive PIs I'd have to lighten up a bit

              but doing stretches for that period of time just making it last in shorter intervals like 30 seconds but 6 sets of 30 seconds on each side still adds up to three minutes on each side

              will that be lightening up or should I lighten up further and do less time but the same interval of 30 seconds just not as many reps?

                Work up to the time you want in light of your PIs, like the traffic lights with Positive being green, neutral yellow, and Negative RED.

                Also it would be better to add in some jelqing!
