  • My routine, please critique

    So, coming back from a mostly hiatus on PE. Here is the routine I'm thinking about doing. I've found jelqing and then pumping to keep the engorgement has done very well in the past. Any suggestion, etc. please feel free!



    Warm up with rice sock
    5-8 minutes of basic stretching and some bundled stretching
    20-30 mins of dry jelqing/ulis
    Pump for 20-30 mins and lift weights (I figure the extra hgh floating around from building muscle couldn't hurt. )
    Warm down with a rice sock and cock ring to keep engorgement a little longer
    After naturally losing engorgement, put on the extender and wear for the rest of the night

    I dont know sounds like a pretty solid routine. I dont use a cock ring but after my routine i throw on my extender and leave it on as much as i can.

    I hope you are not sleeping with your extender on it can cause permanant damage you wont feel until its too late. Just thought you should know.
