As you may know, I've been doing this for a while, but I've spent far more time extending than jelqing. I've recently (November) taken up jelqing again and I was wondering some things.
When you jelq, how long does that "pump" last after you finish? Have you noticed that it lasts longer as you accumulate more time jelqing (as in, days, weeks, months, years...also reps/intensity as a separate question)? Do you think that as you progress the "pump" shoud last longer as a sign that gains may be coming or does it not matter? Thanks in advance!
