    Hello everyone! I have ordered an extender (the most effin expensive one) and am waiting to receive it. I'm aiming to gain as much length as I can before I go for girth, which is my main problem. My erect length is 6.3" BPEL which is pretty average, but due to fat pad NBPEL is around 5" (working on weight loss). However I have terrible erect girth at 4.45" at thickest just below glans, 4.35" mid, and a horrible 4.2" at base. This has caused me to have depression and feel very inadequate and I've pretty much wasted a long portion of the best years of my youth due to this.

    I suspect I have had stunted growth due to my asshole father's ignorance. I have had an undescended testicle for several years on and off from age 10 - 16. I think the doctors suggested surgery, but for some reason he chose to wait it out. Furthermore I had begun losing hair when I was 16 and he fucking gave me propecia! God, I just get so, so angry when I just think about it. Atleast I decided to quit after a few months. So yeah one or a combination of these two is likely to have prevented the full development of my genitals (testicles are kinda small as well). I've recently discovered that there is a hCG treatment for such issues but I think I'm too late for that at age 26.

    Anyways, I've done the JP90 half way, but I just lost the will while working with so much "little material" and it didn't really "feel right" when jelqing. Mind you, I'm very cautious and tend to do a lot of research when trying something new. So even though I started out light and did long warm ups, I just felt it was risky and that I wasn't going to get anywhere with PE when I had so little to work on. However, I am not willing to sit and do nothing as time goes by! So I ordered an extender that cost me a fortune, as that seemed to be proven to work and is pretty much risk-free at low tensions. I am hoping that seeing gains will provide motivation for me to properly commit myself for some girth exercises, starting with jelqing.

    Currently jelqing is difficult due to 1) small length due to fat pad (flaccid length is 2.5-3" due to fat pad) although I try to go for 75% erect for girth but the base his hard to grab nonetheless, 2) small girth, 3) bad case of penoscrotal webbing. I am hoping that extending will help me with problem no.1

    The thing is when I do a manual stretch when completely flaccid with a good tension, my penis looks so, so scary! Its girth goes down to 2.5" !!! looks like a frigging marker! when at rest, my flaccid girth is 3.75". If i stretch with a 40% erect state its better at 3.5" when stretched. But I'm not sure if I can/should have some amount of blood filling my penis while extending for 6 hours a day.. I am just scared my penis is not suitable for stretching and that i might further lose girth or something. What are your opinions?

Also sorry for the shitty name, I had created the account in a hurry without thinking I would be posting. Tried to change it but I dont think its possible.     Hey Blabla!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    As you can see in my signature, I started with a similar girth as you and my length was a lot shorter. I also "enjoyed" a relatively large turkey neck.

    My recommendation is to try one handed jelqs - when your grip slides up to the glans, release it and quickly regrip your shaft at the base and repeat the movement. It worked for me.

    We normally recommend you complete the 90 day beginners routine to get your dick conditioned before starting an advanced device routine. However, since you already ordered the extender and you seem to be a cautious you may want to consider some light extending (one hour sessions at low tension - not to exceed 600 gr) for the next month or two before getting serious.

    You might also do some reAding through the pumping forum. I personally found pumping and gaining girth to be more satisfying and provided an incentive to continue length exercises.

      Posts like this make me sad. You wasted much of your youth because of your penis girth? How so? You are still pretty young so go get out there NOW and stop wasting more time due to your normal penis! This, by the way, is not me telling you not to do PE - go for it! Just don't let your penis hold you back from life anymore.

      For what it's worth to you, my girth is 4.375 inches and I'm married to a really hot, all around great woman! I really believe you cannot let this penis of yours hold you back for one more second from living. Do PE, sure, but also think, really think about finding a way to accept your body and be comfortable in your own skin.

      Just a regular dick on a forum all about guys.

          This is unrelated to PE, but still relevant to your concerns: stop blaming people and circumstances for thinga not being the way you want them. Blame is an excuse for leading a shitty, underachieving life, because when you blame someone else for your problems, you are also taking the responsibility and potential to change yourself out of the equation.

          That being said, keep doing the jp90. Go to the gym and lose weight so you can seen your full length. Once you take responsibility for where you are in life you will gain confidence and seeall sorts of changes. I assure you that that women will take more notice of you.

          Also, girls get off on a single finger, even 4.0" would be fine, just don't give up.

            @not2big what do you think about the extremely thing girth while stretched flaccid? is this normal? I have heard pumps tend to cause fluid build up rather than increase the tissue and that it has a significant risk of causing damage on the long run even if done with low pressure.

            @Steneo I did try a lot to accept my body. I was in a relationship with someone for 3 years and we were planning on marriage before we broke up. Neither of us made a big deal out of it and I was her first so that helped psychologically. However, she could barely feel me inside her and intercourse was, atleast "physically", not very enjoyable for her. She just wasnt getting anywhere. We were emotionally connected and I was passionate though. But it was not hard to understand that in the end she was frustrated. I even took viagra to get +5% more erection and did my best to last longer while not thinking about the issue. I know it differs from women to women, but she just needed more. After we broke up I lost a lot of confidence. I barely made it work with a virgin, how was I going to do it with someone who had experienced a much larger penis than the one I had. I just want to be atleast average before I try again, that would suffice for me to feel alright. I hope I am as lucky as you to one day find a lady who I can be compatible with.

            @aBone2pick You are right that one shouldnt blame someone for being in bad circumstances. But I think its very normal for being angry at someone who was responsible for your wellbeing to have done such a piss poor job because the person simply didnt care.

              I gotta get this off my chest. Stop blaming your daddy for your very normal sized dick, your average, so what. Maybe your dad had a reason to wait on your nut problem. Many doctors would say that it will be OK if you wait and decide to do it on your own ( surgery, anything else you would like to blame on daddy?

              OK, so welcome to the gym and best of luck. Many report gains in BASE girth from extending and/or hanging so get to work and dont blame anyone, your length is a bit above average by the way and if your fat do the work and expose the rest of that penis.

              As a father if a doctor told me my son had the ball issue and said it may drop on its own later I would wait as well, maybe he was concerned about them cutting open your sack!

                dick being thin when flaccid stretched is obviously normal, you don't have the blood in it like erect

                    If you properly condition your dick, pumping at or below 5 hg should not injure your dick. There is nothing wrong with a little fluid build up. My wife really enjoys the additional 1/4 to 1/2 inch of temporary girth after a good pumping session.

                    I personally attribute pumping to my "perminant" .85" increase in girth.
