  • My showers are too long.. I think how to make a Supra Slammers routine

    Hi, i'm doing PE for 3 months. Ignore from my very bad English
    i started from 100 wet jelqs on shower and now i do 600 jelqs + 3 ulis + 20 v jelqs, and now my shower take a long time and my family don't know why..
    so i decided to start Supra Slammers exercise. i even tried do 5 times, and i think that i can make nice gains

    I don't understood from this thread how to make a routine with this exercise? how many days a week?
    I need to combine a some jelqs or streches for this exercise? or can i forget from jelqs bcz my shower take a lot of time !!

            I'm assuming you can't have any privacy at any time outside the shower. You're doing way too many jelqs IMO. Your dick's been conditioned so stop jelqing altogether and do some advanced girth exercises instead. The 3 Ulis you're doing will do you more good than those 600 jelqs. Either try Big Al's jelq free routine or pick ONE length exercise and ONE girth exercise that suits you best.

              This is an example:

              5 min warmup
              4 ULIs ~ 6 mins
              5 BTC stretches ~6mins
              3 min warm down
              That's less than 20 mins

                  Yes, of course. You can use any length or girth exercise that suits you best. Ditch the jelqs, they can only get you so far. You have a ton of exercises to choose from. For length: BTC Stretch, bundled stretch, A stretch, inner penis stretch, double stretch, side stretch, pendulum stretch,etc. And for girth: the squeeze, uli, double uli, flaccid bend, slinky, etc. I wouldn't use jelqing uli until 6 months in. Just remember to ease into it. Never rush it or you will be sorry. Start with lower reps and time and increase intensity and time according to your PIs.

                    now say me what you think about this routine:
                    1 day on, 1 day off (like i did until now aqnd got nice gains)
                    5 min warmup
                    10 mins of regular flaccid stretches (not in the shower )
                    20 sets of V-Jelq (i want to fix my downward curve and is good for that)
                    4 Ulis
                    5 mins of Side to side stretch
                    3 mins Warm down

                      Great, but it would be better to do the stretches after your girth workout for maximum length gains. And you might wanna swap the regular stretches for something more advanced and less time consuming. Your goal should be to reach your length target before putting more focus on girth. Slinkies against the curve might work better than jelqs. Something like this might be better:

                      5 min warm up
                      30 slinkies against the curve (Hold each rep for no more than 2 seconds with 80-90% erection)
                      2 Ulis
                      10-15 min side to side stretch OR 5-10 min BTC OR 5-10 mins of any other advanced length exercises that work best for you (side to side stretches take more time)
                      3 min warm down

                        i think that i will take the routine that i said you or i will make a combine..
                        which erection level i need to the side to side stretch?

                            i did that now, and I did not feel a sense of heaviness like i had when i jelqed..
                            and its hard to me to reach a full erection when i do that..

                              Your hang is not gonna be as chubby if you finish up with length work so that's to be expected and OK and will not interfere with your gains. It is more of a challenge to get an erection and maintain one (stamina work) after length work while it is easier after girth work. That challenge makes you master this aspect quite better and become more potent in the future. I still think you're doing way too many jelqs and that's time better spent doing other advanced exercises. Anyway, see how your morning wood and EQ are the rest of the day or when you have a rest day.
