    I had a really good bathmate session and stretching session. My cock feels exausted in a good way. I have the urge to masterbate but I am wondering if doing so would be bad for recovery. Any thoughts?

    if u have the urge to masturbate then u should, in my opinion and theory, its only bad if u force urself to jack off, like an anxiety issue. i had that problem u see, now my dick is much healthier if i masturbate when my libidos up. although im trying to kick the habit cuz i want a EQ at 10 at all times. avoid porn though, use imagination or photos at most.

        how many times do u ejaculate a day? are u physically/sexually active? lifting weights will make u more horny, and cardio will increase blood flow so u should become active.

          I was recently ejaculating between 1 to 3 times per day. Since Febuary I tried doing the no fap but had no success. However now I only ejaculate approx. 3 times per week. I want to cut it down even more because from what I understand gains come easier. I think most important direction I need to go from here is cutting all porn out 100% to help increase overall bloodflow. I miss the days of seeing a hot chick and getting a bonner my goal would be to get back to that point.

            yeah i hear ya, i miss getting unintentional boners too and im not even 20 yet which is sad. u should still have sex/ejaculate once a week at least.

              It would be best to allow your penis to recover before masturbating. And then you can take it to town and get in a nice edging session. If you can masturbate without ejaculating, but still relieve your sexual energy, this is the best.
