    Is there a set time for edging? How many Times should you reach the PONR before completely stopping the exercise?
    After every week of stretching how would you increase it? More time?
    also how much do u usually gain during newbie gains?

      For edging, Aim for 30 minutes as recommended by KingPole, and the goal of the exercise is to stay as hard as you can for as long as you can without going past the PONR, but you may ejaculate at the end of your session.

      You don't have to increase stretching workload weekly, just do as stated in the beginner's routine you are following.
