Some women are more vocal about things like penis size, whereas other women just wouldn't say anything on the matter. It is as simple as that. If you are using that thing effectively, they will be vocal about their appreciation of your size indirectly

There's a weight lifting site that I'm on and penis size came up of course. Luckily we actually have women on the boards and they chimed right in. They all had different opinions on what they liked and didn't like. A couple of them said they would rather have sex with an average sized guy with a rock hard erection then a big guy who can't get it hard all the way. Then there was girth verses length and that seemed to come down to once you hit a certain length then girth is more important. Of course there was no measurements involved not like the girl's are running around with tape measurers whipping them out during sex. "Hold it for a minute I got to measure you up for my log". LOL.

Not usually. However my first girlfriend (and first lover) asked me if she was tight enough on several occasions and my answer would be similar to that (although I really didn't have any other to compare to lol). She was the only one that ever asked that question so I guess she may have been quite insecure about it.
So I would think a woman would only tell you about your size if you ask her, or if it's relevent ie "No, you're too big for that position" perhaps?

Yes, we do tend to say that, if a partner is too big for a position. We are not looking for that kind of pain.

Over all guys get to worked up about size, most women don't have a set prefect size.
