So, since I have started having sex regularly with my gf, I was scared by the low EQ I was having during intercourse, seriously, it was so low it would slip off her... So I was scared and sought help here, I realized my problem was due to my constant kegel, the pelvic floor was unbalanced and with reverse kegels and reducing front kegels I got it back on balance again (or so I think).
My EQ is a lot better and I haven't done PE for almost a month since I haven't had the time to do it, but still the EQ is not 100% what it was (I'm 18 turning 19 soon). After reading this https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theo...explained.html
I think I have a problem with both the Tunica and the Smooth Muscle. My BPFSL/BPEL is almost the same and my erection quality varies, it is easy to get a full ten when I am sit down, but when I get up it goes to 8 or something and during sex it now varies between 7 and 9.
But here comes the weird thing, the week before I stopped doing PE, my dick had gotten very thick, much more thick than it is today, I was regularly PEing at the time and the thickness went away a little bit after I stopped. So I believe my smooth muscle is not 100% well and my tunica may have expanded a bit which is causing now my low EQ.
So, what do I do?
My routine consists of
warm up
stretching
10min wet jelq and 10 min v-jelq
Kegels and reverse kegels.
