Just curious what u guys usally do! If im jelqing/stretching/pumping i usally watch something on the computer like a documentary or something and sometimes i even do muscle exercises like squat! haha! Its good because u focuse on something else and wont get an erection!

I count reps, and focus on technique, in a quiet room. PE is like yoga to me.
I've tried the whole timer thing instead of counting reps, but it doesn't seem to work for me. When I go off the clock I half ass things, but if I count every single rep, I make them bitches count!

For the best results, you should be concentrating on your exercises, and (especially for stamina work) visualizing yourself growing and performing with unfettered confidence. All of my concentration is on my technique as I jelq. I do my sessions standing in front of a mirror so that I can see as well as feel my jelqs and how my unit is reacting to them. I do 25-30 minutes sessions, I don't need any diversions for that short a period of time.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

I concentrate on technique. I'm still new so I'm learning every time I work. I don't have a lot of downtime in my routine. Keeping things high paced helps me not loose my concentration. I also focus on whether I'm feeling the stretches jelqs, and whether I'm feeling pain or not.Starting:
