Today:
BPEL: 7"
NBPEL: 6.6" +.8"
MSEG: 5.8" +.2"
NBPFL: 4.8" +.8"
I got the results without PE. I changed up my lifestyle, started working out, lost a whole lot of weight and increased my EQ.
Goal for satisfaction:
7" NBPEL and a great physique.

Na, people are simply to lazy on the average and the ones who dont see gains will most likely quit. Penis enlargement has been talked about since the early ages.

I think PE has had an explosion compared to pre-internet days.
If you think about before the internet all there might have been was some advertisements on the back of magazines or things you find in a sex shop. Plus, there wasn't much info on how to use things or if they really worked.
The main component missing in PE is a guy or group who proves it works without a doubt. The increase of bodybuilding really happened when people saw it was possible. Now why don't you see a bunch of huge ripped guys everywhere? That takes a serious amount of time, diet, and in many cases steroids. But if you go to a college campus you will see that a lot of the guys there have a gym membership or do some form of weightlifting, running, calisthenics, etc. Now if you went to a college 100 years ago would they be doing any of that stuff? No. That's quite a change.
Of course guys aren't running around bragging about their PE routines. They think they know "the secret" and aren't going to risk embarrassment to try to help anyone out.
I think it's very widespread, especially among guys interested in bodybuilding, self improvement, body modification, and things of that nature.

I think PEGym or men health has become more mainstream knowledge, since is not so taboo to talk about it. I have to agree with the other posters that even though the knowledge is out there there are only so many willing to do what it takes to achieve the results.
Another observation is that when I talk about men/penis health to men they don't seem to be as open as woman talking about vaginal health. Of course that might be because they are not comfortable discussing it in front of or with a female, even though I try to be as blasé as possible. Health is health.Mrs. L4M

Ya i agree i hate those women who play head games and such. I mean i wish i was .ore comfortable with myself to not let shit bother me. But usually if you see a little guy or ugly woman constantly trying to put you down or head games or w.e its usually because they hate themselves for being small / ugly etc and try to make others feel as shitty as they do.. so j usually take the head games as a compliment especially whennim wearing shorts or sweat pants and im sporting my bulge lmao... makes the haters crazy

I'll tell you what...this is true for more than just penis jokes. I used to have a thing about my height (5' 6"), but just being confident in who you are (for any reason) and knowing how much more you are than just a dick size or a height or a tax id number...priceless. But, yeah, having a big dick makes it easier cuz in your head you're just like "okay, who cares? my dick is huge."

Penis enlargement - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
It is pretty far from mainstream if you read the wikipedia page. Not scientifically nor medicaly proven.. Who is gonna call some scientist so that they do a study about memebers from Pegym ?

The irony of Wikipedia is that it's so huge that it often contains contradicting information. Case in point- look at the entry for the "lowly" kegel from Wikipedia:
"Exercises are usually done to reduce urinary incontinence,[3] reduce urinary incontinence after childbirth,[4] and reduce premature ejaculatory occurrences in men,[5] as well as to increase the size and intensity of erections.[6]"
