I think is funny that a female has the answer. If you want a good job on the surgery, you need to go to a plastic surgeon that specializes in transgender surgery. I know you are not becoming a female but transgender surgeons are amazing at doing penile work. I know the surgeon here in Florida but from your "accent" sounds like you are not from here.

I would suggest you do a search in your area for sex reassignment surgeons/center or transgender surgeon/center then ask if the plastic surgeon specializes in girth reductions as well. Hope this helps you mate!

I don't know where you live but in So. Florida, plastic surgery capital of the world only second to California. If you have the money they have the surgery for you. When I was a financial advisor for Wealth management part of our job was providing financing for the procedures. Believe it was eye opening what you can get done, if you have the money.

Actually, I have to say that MsLooking4More does have the best surgical solution. That said, I'm still scared and a few of you did give me alternate solutions that didn't involve surgery, since the real issue is that I don't have enough stimulation of the head or sensitivity in it. I'm going to try all 3 of the suggestions, but given the normal lack of willpower and resistance to change that human beings have, I'm not sure how soon I can make all of them happen. Had to add this: In spite of Turtler's claim the picture was grainy, you can see vertical lines on the head. Those lines are stretch marks and I have had them since my 20s. When I was in my teens, sometimes when I got very excited, it literally felt like I was getting so hard that the skin might tear. It didn't tear, it created minute stretch marks on the head. Tell me that's photo shopped, or that the picture is grainy, when you can see that level of detail. If you can do that with a straight face, you should hang your head in shame.

I'm not really bothering with this anymore, but if you think this is the most dedicated troller of all time, then by god you've seen nothing. Back in the day, people would invest 1000s of posts during several years in order to infiltrate a community, and only then start to wreak havoc. Registering an account and making less than a handful of posts is zero effort. Zero.
