I only really get that expansion during the exercise itself. It goes away quickly after doing it though which is sad for me! I am going to keep at it and hopefully get permanent gains from it, too early to tell at the moment, will measure in June.

Also, and i don't know if this has any scientific validity, but when do squeezes from 100% until i get to around 35-40% without getting hard again, i get expansion that last alot longer than if i re-stimulate sooner, like at 60-70% let's say.
Just some things that i've noticed, how do you guys do your exercises?

What I do is I hold short squeezes when clamped at high erection levels, in order to maintain the high erection levels. I gradually increase the time of squeezes more and more throughout the session while the erection level starts dropping. By the end I am doing long squeezes at 50% erection level. I get fantastic expansion from this.
